KEEP is a group of concerned citizens in Erie, Pennsylvania who have joined together to show people the many ways they can reduce their day to day impact on the environment; at home, at work and in the community. KEEP's current environmental campaign is to stop Erie Renewable Energy from building a tire burning facility on the former International Paper site near East 12th Street and Downing Avenue.
