EEOC, Erie County Human Relations Commission, U S Department of Labor, OSHA and the PA Unemployment Compensation Board of Review PRESENT EMPLOYMENT SEMINAR ON JUNE 26, 2008

ERIE -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Erie County Human Relations Commission, U S Department of Labor/Wage Hour Division, OSHA and the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review will conduct an Employment Seminar for managers, supervisor, and human relations representatives on federal labor laws and employment issues, on June 26, 2008.  The seminar is designed to inform and to provide employers, especially small businesses, with practical and proactive methods to comply with federal labor laws.  

Where:  Bel-Aire Hotel & Conference Center, Erie PA

When:  June 26, 2008, 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  

The seminar will address:   

• Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Updates • Harassment in the Workplace • OSHA - Common Violations • Filing a Complaint of Discrimination • Mock Hearing
