If you are unfamiliar with the Chautauqua grounds, consider giving yourself a little extra time to get situated.

ATTENDING FROM OUTSIDE THE 'GROUNDS'
You do not pay the regular Chautauqua 'gate fee.' At the Gate, pay $1 per adult for a special Cinema- only grounds pass (available at Main and Hurst gates 1 hour before show times). Show this pass at the Cinema when paying for your movie admission (we must stamp the pass). We'll charge you $1 less for your movie admission (thus rebating the dollar you paid at the gate).

NOTE: On Sundays, admission to the Chautauqua grounds is free all day.
Ask for a free Sunday pass. You do not have to pay for a Cinema-only pass on Sundays.

PARKING
OPTION 1 - Drive through the Hurst Gate (first gate toward Mayville from the Main Gate). They will park you in the Hurst lot just inside the gate. Chautauqua's parking fee is $6.00.

OPTION 2 - DePonceau's Grass Parking on County Route 33 (Chautauqua-Stedman Rd.) right next to Andriaccio's Restaurant. Fee is $2.00 (free on Sunday) and it's about a 10 minute walk to the Cinema by way of the Hurst Gate.
